Assay Conditions

S1PL-1 reaction was done in 100 mM Phosphate buffer (pH=7.2) containing 200 µM Fluorogenic substrate, 250 µM PLP and S1PL-1 for 2 hours at 37°C. Fluorescence signal was read at Ex360/Em450.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
