Shipping

We process online shopping cart, fax and phone orders between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). We make every effort to ship orders, containing in stock items, received before 2:00 pm (PST) on the same day; all orders received after 2:00 pm (PST) will be processed for shipment on the following business day. Products are shipped by Federal Express, Monday through Thursday.

Products are shipped F.O.B. San Diego, CA. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Back ordered items or orders requiring multiple shipments will be charged for each shipment.

Returns

Please call before returning any products. No return will be accepted without proper authorization.

Damaged/Incomplete Orders

To return damaged or incomplete orders, please contact Technical Support immediately to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for returning the goods.
