Shipping

We process the online shopping cart, fax and phone orders between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). We make every effort to ship orders received before 2:00 pm (PST) on the same day; all orders received after 2:00 pm (PST) will be processed for shipment on the following business day. Products are shipped domestically by Federal Express, overnight delivery, Monday through Thursday.

Products are shipped F.O.B. San Diego, CA. Dry ice, shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Back ordered items or orders requiring multiple shipments will be charged for each shipment.

Returns

Please call Technical Support to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for returning the goods. No returned items will be accepted without proper authorization.  A restocking fee may be applied. Bulk or custom items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged/Incomplete Orders

If items are damaged during shipment, please contact Technical Support immediately for information on a replacement and to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for returning the goods.
