DPP7, His-tag

Catalog #: 80070
Size: 10 µg
Species: Human
Host Species: Sf9 insect cells
MW: 53 kDa
Genbank #: NM_013379
Tag(s): C-terminal His-tag
a.a: 26–end
Dipeptidyl peptidase-7 (DPP7), also known as DPP2, is a serine aminopeptidase found in quiescent lymphocytes. Inhibition of this enzyme induces apoptosis, and levels of DPP7 are elevated in many tumors, suggesting that DPP7 may be involved in a novel pathway for tumor suppression.
Human DPP7 (GenBank Accession No. NM_013379), a.a. 26-end with C-terminal His-tag, MW=52.5 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
Dipeptidylpeptidase 7, QPP, Carboxytripeptidase, DPP2, DPP
Specific Activity:
≥ 1880 pmol/min/µg.
Assay Conditions:
Test wells contained 0.01M Tris-HCl pH7.4, 0.01M MgCl2, 0.05% Tween-20, 5 µM DPP substrate 1, and various amounts of DPP7(0-200ng). Standard wells contained 0.01M Tris-HCl pH7.4, 0.01M MgCl2, 0.05% Tween-20, and various amounts of Fluorescent AMC standard (0.01 µM-1.25 µM). Incubated for 10 minutes at room temperature.
