Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4 protein), also known as adenosine deaminase complexing protein 2, is a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides. The DPP4 protein plays a key role in glucose metabolism, immune regulation, signal transduction and apoptosis.
Human DPP4 (GenBank Accession No. NM_001935), (amino acids 29-end) with C-terminal His tag, MW=87 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.

Assay Conditions:
10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10mM MgCl2, 0.05% Tween 20, and 20μM DPP substrate 1. Incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature. Fluorescence intensity is measured at exc360/em460.
45 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 124 mM NaCl, 2.4 mM KCl, 225 mM Imidazole and 10% glycerol
