Description:  
STK33  (GenBank  Accession  No. NM_030906.2), 
amino  acids 2-end, with N-terminal GST-tag,
MW = 84 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus-infected
Sf9 cell expression system.

Specific Activity: 2.8 pmol/min/μg.
Assayed  using  5  μg/ml  STK33  in  10  mM
Tris, pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA,
0.5  mM  DTT,  5  μM  ATP,  and  400  μg/ml
MBP substrate for 1 hr. at room temperature.

Application:  
Useful  for  the  study  of  enzyme  kinetics,
screening  inhibitors,  and  selectivity
profiling.

Formulated in: 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0,
100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 30% glycerol,
and 3 mM DTT.
 
Stability: >6 months at –80°C
