Recombinant human PLK1 (polo like kinase 1), encompassing amino acids 367-603(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
