Assay Conditions

The enzyme reaction was carried out for 1 hour at 30°C in a buffer containing 50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 10 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35 and 200 μM of ATP. Substrate peptide: Tyr2 peptide from Invitrogen.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
