Assay Conditions

Assay was performed with 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl₂, 0.05% Tween-20, 200 µM cAMP, 2.5 kU 5'-nucleotidase, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, and material serial diluted from 200 ng – 0 ng. The reaction was incubated at 37°C for 20 min. Following the reaction, malachite green reagent was added and then read 10 min after with a machine capable of reading absorbance at 620 nm.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
