Assay Conditions

10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM MnCl₂, 200 µM cAMP, and 2.5 kU 5?- nucleotidase, 37°C, 20 min. Quantified by 5'-nucleotidase cleaving the 5'-AMP product and releasing the phosphate group which is detected by Malachite Green Reagent.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
