Description
Cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) CD46-BC, also known as membrane co-factor protein, encompassing amino acids 35–328. This construct contains a C-terminal His-Tag (10xHis). Note: This protein is expressed with a 34 amino acid signal sequence that is cleaved after secretion, and is heavily glycosylated, resulting in a protein that runs at a higher apparent MW. The recombinant protein was affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.
