Assay Conditions

IDO2 activity was confirmed using the IDO2 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience, #72022). Reaction mixture was incubated for 2 hours at 30°C, and absorbance was measured at 320 nm.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for studying enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors.
