Assay Conditions

Assay was performed according to LIGHT:HVEM [Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79684) protocol. Coat protein (LIGHT) was added ON at 4 deg 100 ng/well. Various concentrations of biotinylated ligand (HVEM[B], 0-80 ng) added for 2h at RT. Strep-HRP added for 1h at RT.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
