Description
Human KIR2DL3, also known as Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL3, KIR2DS5 and KIRCL23. GenBank Accession No. NM_015868. a.a. 22-245 fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-termina Avi-tagTM and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=53 kDa This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-TagTM technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. This protein runs at a higher MW due to glycosylation.

Storage/Stability
Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
Instructions for Use
Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications
Useful as an antigen and in protein binding studies.
