Assay Conditions:
Assay was performed at 25°C using poly(Glu:Tyr)4:1 substrate. Reaction conditions are 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 5 mM MgCl2, 5 mM MnCl2, 1 mM DTT, 250 μM ATP. The kinase concentration was 0.5-1 μM and poly-L-lysine was added in equimolar amounts to the kinase.
