50 mM Tris (pH7.4), 10 mM MgCl₂, 200 µM DL-isocitrate, 200 µM NADP. Read Abs340 using Tecan Infinite 1000 (5 flash/10 ms settle time) in kinetic mode for 20 min. Molar extinction coefficient of NADPH is 6,220 M^-1cm^-1

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
