Assay was performed according to the HSP90α C-Terminal Domain TR-FRET Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #50289) with HSP90α titrated from 48 ng/rxn – 0 ng/rxn.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage.

Applications

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
