Recombinant human HSP90β (Human Heat Shock Protein 90 beta), encompassing amino acids 527-724(end). This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis) followed by an Avi-tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated at the C-terminal using Avi-Tag technology and affinity purified. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%.

Storage/Stability
At least 6 months at -80°C
Assay Conditions
Assay was done according to HSP90β (C-terminal) Inhibitor Screening Kit (BPS Bioscience #50314) with HSP90β[B] at 35 ng/rxn and PPID-GST at 52.5 ng/rxn.
Instructions for Use
Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications
Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
