Formulation

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

Growth Medium 4C (BPS #79631): DMEM/F12 (1:1) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 1 µg/ml Doxycycline and 3 mM Na-butyrate.
