Formulation

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

Growth Medium 3E (BPS #79553): F-12K Medium (Kaighn's Modification of Ham's F-12 Medium) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 100 μg/ml of Hygromycin B.
