Formulation

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

Growth Medium 2H (BPS Bioscience #79784): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin, 1 µg/ml puromycin and 1 mg/ml of Geneticin.

Endotoxin Level

All components are low endotoxin.

Mycoplasma Testing

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells.
