Formulation

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

Growth Medium 1A (BPS #79528): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 100 µg/ml Hygromycin B and 400 µg/ml Geneticin®, G418 Sulfate.
