Assay Conditions

Assay was done according to the FLT1 Kinase Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #78019) with FLT1 titrated from 400 ng/rxn – 0.625 ng/rxn with 20 µM ATP instead of 10 µM ATP

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
