Assay Conditions

Activity was measured by titrating various concentrations of enzyme in Assay buffer (100 mM Tris-HCl pH 8, 3 µM EDTA) with 100 µM Ampliflu™ Red and 50 µM arachidonic acid (Cayman Chemical # 90010.1 peroxide free) in a final reaction volume of 100 uL. Fluorescence (ex 535 em 590) was read after 5 minute incubation.

Instructions for Use

Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
