Human CD27, also known as S152, S152. LPFS2, T14, TNFRSF7, and Tp55. GenBank Accession No. NM_001242, a.a. 21-192, fused at the C-terminus of the Fc portion of Human IgG1, with C-terminal Avi-tag™, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 48 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag technology. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
