Human Bromodomain containing 3, also known as BRD3 or RING3L, GenBank Accession No. NM_007371, a.a. 29 – 417 corresponding to bromodomains 1 and 2, with N-terminal GST-tag, MW = 70 kDa, expressed in an E. coli expression system.
UniProt
Q15059
Synonym(s):
Bromodomain containing 3, BRD3, RING3L
Assay Conditions:

BRD3 protein is incubated with biotinylated acetyl-histone peptide substrate (Cat. #33000) in BRD assay buffer (Cat. #33001) in a 10 µl reaction for 30 min at RT. AlphaLISA® ® GSH acceptor beads (PerkinElmer) are added, followed by Alphascreen®® Streptavidin- conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer). After 1 hour incubation at RT, Alphacounts are measured.
